Job Profile: 

ETASHA Society is looking for a Website & CMS Executive to support our dynamic and responsive website that caters to various stakeholders (donors, volunteers, partners, ETASHA trainee alumni etc).


        • You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ETASHA’s website with clear planning, project management and reporting. You will need to work on web content placement, usability, architecture, development and design. User experience and ensuring a smooth user journey is key to this role.

  • You will know how to operate CMS and other analytics tools to manage and monitor web traffic and performance. You will coordinate with IT / web-related stakeholders to ensure that the website is high on functionality to meet the needs of the organisation while maintaining appropriate security.

  • You must be able to 

    • complete a wide range of tasks including coding which will require high level of skills and attention to detail. You will also need to work well under pressure and sometimes to tight deadlines, so planning, project management and reporting are essential.

    • Work with the communications team to develop and implement a strategy for design and regular content updates.

      • Advise the team on improving design, usability, content and conversion points

      • Develop best practices for a smooth user-based web experience for ETASHA’s website visitors.

      • Monitor other development sector websites’ activities to ensure that we are leading in the web-space 

    • Ensure web leads are tracked appropriately through the CRM system to ensure an effective audience engagement 


Technical requirements:

High Level of skills in:

  • CMS

  • Project management/workflow management 

  • HTML

  • CSS

  • JavaScript

  • PHP, Working with Hosting (Publishing web site), and other relevant web design coding languages.

  • Analytics tools

  • SEO & PPC
